Abstract

Meatball is one of the processed food that contains a high sodium through salt. It causes of getting disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure, and heart disease. Thailand department of health and Mahidol University found that Thai people got a high sodium intake at 4351.7 mg. per day which more than WHO. Furthermore, Many Thai people have an excretory system problem such as constipation, abdominal distention because they do not eat enough fiber. The researchers had notion to reduce the problem and prevent disease from getting sodium. Water hyacinth meatball is low sodium meatball with a high fiber. It helps people who have a problem of excretory system. Moreover, it helps to reduce water hyacinth in the canal that blocked the way of drainage to solve flood problem in Roi-Et province.

Features and Benefits

The low sodium meatball with water hyacinth has dietary fiber from water hyacinth. It helps the ones who has a problem of excretory system to get better and helps to drive the fart and release the body heating.
The product helps to reduce the water hyacinth in the canal that blocked the way of drainage and helps to reduce exceeding of sodium intake that WHO(World Health Organization) specification.
