Abstract

This study were experimental and survey research and aimed study proper ratio toward Water Meal Crispy Cracker, to study acceptance of customer’s toward Water Meal Crispy Cracker and to investigate customer’s satisfaction toward Water Meal Crispy Cracker. Using 3 formula of water meal, make highly nutritious product. Use formula 2 to mix in crispy cracker and investigate customer’s satisfaction toward Water Meal Crispy Cracker by classifying gender, age and marital status. The sample consisted of 50 people: teachers, students, officers at Phitsanulok Vocational College and people in community by using simple random sampling. Data were analyzed by using percentage, mean (x) and standard deviation (S.D.) The result of this research indicated that using water meal with cracker made smooth texture and good scent from it. As the result of using 3 formulas, formula 2 was the best ratio (4.17) and formula 1 was 4.13. The acceptance of customer’s toward Water Meal Crispy Cracker was formula 2 and the customer’s satisfaction toward Water Meal Crispy Cracker was highly level in color of product and in commerce. Water Meal Crispy Cracker was more highly nutritious product than crispy cracker without Water Meal.
