Abstract

Grilled pork and ground rice is a local recipe from Buengnamtao Subdistrict, Lom Sak District, Phetchabun Province, the secret of which has been passed down from generation to generation. The processes of this food is easy. First, soak the rice in water before pounding it, as it will make the finishing rice soft and delicious. After pounding add coconut milk and seasoned with curry paste then take some ground rice and wrapped the grilled pork with it. And bring back to grill until cooked. Base on this wisdom we developed an innovation packed rocesses Thai food. Sealed in vacuumed packaging
